Bella Kurves Plus Boutique was established in September of 2014 in Detroit, MI as the result of a tomboy turned plus-size model's dream of becoming an enterpreneur.  Although she had not always had the confidence or the know-how to be curvy and trendy, she always had an interest in fashion.  After several failed attempts at finding sexy, edgy, trendy fashion for plus size women amongst the endless supply of oversize, ill-fitting tablecloth like fashions, she decided to provide it herself.  

Bella Kurves is committed to providing curvy plus-size ladies sizes 10-24 with the same fashions available to our smaller counterparts.  BK encourages women to embrace what they were given and to not be ashamed of your curves.  We believe that curves are beautiful (hence the name "Bella Kurves") and should be celebrated, not hidden.
