What is your return policy?
Exchanges and/or refunds will only be given if items are returned within 7 days unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. Damaged/defective items must be reported within 2 days of package arrival via email email@example.com. Shipping costs to return items to the seller are the responsibility of the customer.
All accessories, swimwear, undergarments, bodysuits are FINAL SALE. No refunds/exchanges allowed.
Do you have a retail location I visit to shop at.?
At this time, we are strictly an online retailer. We will be opening a retail location in the near future.
Where can I find a size chart?
Most of our items are true to size. Any variation from the size listed on the tag of the garment is usually listed in the Overview section of each product. Our sizing is as follows:
L - 10/12 XL - 14/16 2XL -18/20 3XL - 22/24
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we do. Additional shipping rates may apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Your order should take 2-3 days to arrive, unless otherwise stated in item description (preorders and custom garments).
Preorders may take up to two weeks to arrive depending on item arrival to boutique.
